QUALIFYING HOLDINGS

SDC INVESTIMENTOS INFORMS ON THE INCREASE OF QUALIFYING HOLDINDS OWNED BY INVESTÉDER - INVESTIMENTOS, LDA.

SDC Investimentos, SGPS, S.A. hereby informs of having received today a communication from Investéder - Investimentos, Lda., giving notice of the following:

"Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 16 of the Securities Code and Article 2 of Securities Market Commission Regulation n.er 5/2008, Investéder - Investimentos, Lda., with headoffices at Rua Gonçalves Zarco, n.er 21 - 1.st A, in Belém, Lisbon, registered at the Lisbon Commercial Registry Office under the single registration number and corporate identity number 514 781 167, with the share capital of

€ 5,000.00 ("Investéder"), hereby informs that the company now holds a qualifying holding of more than 5% of the voting rights in the public company SDC Investimentos, SGPS, SA ("SDCI")".

This participation resulted from the acquisition, through operations on the regulated market (Euronext Lisbon), on May 17th, 2017, of 1.422.537 shares representing 0.889% of the share capital of SDCI and respective voting rights.

Following such transaction, a qualifying holding corresponding to

8.195.267 shares representing 5.122% of the share capital of SDCI and its voting rights was attributed to Investéder, thus exceeding the limit of 5% of qualifying holdings.

SDCI also informs that the voting rights mentioned above are still attributable to António Manuel Pereira Caldas de Castro Henriques and Pedro Gonçalo de Sotto Mayor of Andrade Santos, with the taxpayer numbers 144 681 056 and 176 141 154, respectively, while equity holders of Investéder."
