SDC INVESTIMENTOS INFORMS ON TEL AVIV LIGHT TRAIN LAWSUIT

SDC-INVESTIMENTOS, SGPS, SA, Public Company, reports that the arbitral tribunal constituted to settle the conflict between MTS Metropolitan Transportation Solutions, Ltd (where our subsidiary SDC- Concessões, SGPS, SA holds a 20% stake) and the State of Israel decided that the State of Israel had grounds to terminate the Concession Agreement as the financial closure of the operation did not occur.

The Court also granted the parties a period to reach an agreement on all issues of the dispute. It is not possible to anticipate the outcome of negotiations, however is already certain, that MTS's shareholders will not recover the investment made in this project.
