With the improvements to the Contenta Publishing Suite, Common Source Data Base (CSDB) users gain new search technology, an advanced UI optimized for S1000D and automated indexing capabilities. These enhancements drastically increase the productivity and efficiency of project managers, enabling project workflow at a more granular level and providing greater visibility into work in progress for increased control over the life of a project. Additionally, with a streamlined Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) publishing process, time to publish will be significantly decreased resulting in enhanced performance.

Authors and editors gain improved data reuse capability within the upgraded Contenta Publishing Suite. Now, users can add reusable components into a Common Information Repository (CIR) to automate content insertion, increasing content quality by managing information through a controlled repository - eliminating time spent on duplicated efforts within projects. These enhancements also provide increased S1000D specification compliance. '
