Notice concerning the Purchase of Treasury Stock through ToSTNeT-3
SEKISUI CHEMICAL CO., LTD. ("Company" hereinafter) is announcing that it has decided on a specific method to purchase treasury stock pursuant to the provisions of Article 156 of the Corporate Law, after applying the provision of Article 165, Item 3 of the Law, as follows.

Method of acquisition
The Company will entrust the acquisition of its treasury stock at a closing price of 1,838 yen as of this day (June 12, 2018) through ToSTNeT-3 of the Tokyo Stock Exchange at 8:45 a.m. as of June 13, 2018 (no change to other trading systems and the trading time shall be made). In addition, the buy order shall be valid only at the trading time mentioned above.
2. Details of the acquisition
1) Type of shares to be acquired: Common shares of SEKISUI CHEMICAL
2) Total number of shares to be acquired: 7,000,000 shares
3) Announcement of the results of the acquisition: The acquisition results shall be announced after the close of trading at 8:45 a.m. as of June 13, 2018.
Notes: 1. The number of shares to be acquired as above shall not be changed. In addition, the whole or a part of the acquisition of the Company's own shares may not be made according to the market conditions.
2. Acquisition of the Company's own shares shall be made to sell orders matching buy orders.
