Semapa is a diversified group organized around 3 sectors of activity:
- production of paper and pulp (76.9% of net sales);
- production of cement and building materials (21.3%): primarily cement and clinker, aggregates, mortar and ready-to-use concrete;
- environmental services (1.8%).
Net sales break down geographically as follows: Portugal (21.5%), Europe (48.5%), Americas (10%), Africa (4.5%), Asia (3.9%) and other (11.6%).
