PAYMENT OF COUPON NO 19
Holders of SEMAPA 2006/2016 bonds are hereby informed that the interest relating to coupon no. 19 will be paid as from 20 October 2015, as follows,

* Subject to withholding of personal income tax (IRS)/corporate tax (IRC) in accordance with the taxation rules and rates in force on the payment date

Interest on bonds will be paid through the Central de Valores Mobiliários, in accordance with the respective regulations, Código C.V.M. - SEMCOE.
For the purposes of benefiting from a tax exemption, waiver or reduction of the withholding rate for personal/corporate income tax (IRS/IRC), bondholders should demonstrate and provide evidence of all facts required to duly evidence that they meet all the criteria for entitlement to such exceptions, tax exemption, waiver or reduction of the withholding tax, to the financial intermediary with which they have registered and deposited their bonds.
