VOLUNTARY STRIKING OFF OF DORMANT SUBSIDIARIES OF SEMBCORP GREEN INFRA New Delhi, June 7, 2017 - Sembcorp Industries (Sembcorp) wishes to inform that pursuant to voluntary applications made under Section 560 of India's Companies Act, 1956 by the below mentioned inactive companies, the Registrar of Companies in India has granted permission for the striking off and dissolution of these companies. These companies are incorporated in India and wholly owned by Sembcorp's 70.38%-owned subsidiary, Sembcorp Green Infra:

  1. Green Infra Wind Energy Creation

  2. Green Infra Wind Energy Development

  3. Green Infra Wind Energy Efficiency

  4. Green Infra Wind Power Development

  5. Green Infra Wind Power Solutions

  6. Green Infra Wind Power Technology

  7. Green Infra Wind Power Ventures

The voluntary striking off and dissolution of these inactive subsidiaries of Sembcorp Green Infra is not expected to have a material impact on the earnings per share and net asset value per share of Sembcorp Industries for the financial year ending December 31, 2017.
