SEMGROUP CORPORATION TULSA, Okla.-May 29, 2015-At approximately 10:30 AM CT, SemGroup Corporation (NYSE: SEMG) was informed of an explosion resulting in a fire at our SemGas natural gas processing plant located in Sherman, Texas. We have requested assistance from local emergency officials who have evacuated a 1- mile radius around our facility to insure the safety of everyone nearby. We can confirm that all employees and contractors have been accounted for and there are no known injuries. The cause of the incident is still under investigation.
