CAMARILLO, Calif., June 21, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Semtech Corporation (Nasdaq:SMTC), a leading supplier of analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, today announced that John Hudson, Director of Strategic Technology for Semtech’s Signal Integrity Product Group, will present a detailed progress report of UHD-SDI international standardization activities and provide insight into the UHDTV technologies being deployed around the world at the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers® (SMPTE®) Toronto Section’s two-day technical seminar "Boot Camp VII — Pixels and Packets: Exploring UHD, HDR and Live IP" on June 21-22 at the George Vari Engineering and Computing Centre at Ryerson University in Toronto.

Boot Camp VII will feature a broad cross section of industry experts who will provide an in-depth analysis on a wide range of technologies including next generation UHDTV infrastructures.
