SENEX ENERGY Board changes

Senex Energy Limited (Senex, ASX: SXY) advises of changes to its Board with the appointment of Mr Andy Zhmurovsky and the resignation of Ms Yanina Barila.
Following the resolutions passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held 15 November 2017, Mr Andy Zhmurovsky will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director as of 1 January 2018. In addition, following the sale of Sentient's stake in Senex announced to the Australian Stock Exchange on
20 December 2018, Yanina Barila has resigned from the Board as of 21 December 2017.
Senex Chairman Trevor Bourne said, "We are pleased to welcome Andy Zhmurovsky to our board, and believe he will contribute valuable insights in his role as a Non-Executive Director. Andy brings a wealth of international experience in energy investment and portfolio management, and deep knowledge of Australian markets. We also thank Yanina for the important contribution she and Sentient made to Senex's growth."

ABOUT ANDY ZHMUROVSKY
Andy Zhmurovsky has almost 20 years' investment banking and private equity experience focused on companies and assets in the energy sector. He has originated investment opportunities, structured financing packages to support growth and managed energy investments in American, European and Asian markets.
Since 2008, Mr Zhmurovsky has been based in Sydney and focused on the Australian market. He was appointed Managing Director of EIG Global Energy Partners' Australian business in 2015.
Mr Zhmurovsky holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours from the University of Texas at Austin, USA.
