18/07/2018 - Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso Australia received an order worth AUD 1.8 million, corresponding to SEK 12 million for the supply of In-vehicle based traffic safety systems and services to the Victorian Government.

The order is for an initial quantity of mobile camera systems to upgrade existing camera systems to new technology. The supply and installation services to the value of SEK 12 million are expected to be completed progressively by early 2019.

As part of agreement, the State of Victoria has the ability to purchase additional mobile camera systems which may lead to future order(s) amounting up to SEK 70 million, over the next 6 years.

Sensys Gatso Australia's Managing Director Enzo Dri comments: 'We are proud of the collaborative relationship with our client and have partnered with them to improve road safety for many years. This project supports the road safety strategy by helping produce a general deterrence from speeding for users across the entire road network via an 'anywhere, anytime' operational model deployed in thousands of locations across the State of Victoria'.
