Sepura is delighted to announce its attendance at the International Wireless Communications Expo (IWCE), taking place on 13th-14thMarch in Las Vegas and set to be attended by more than 7,500 technology professionals from throughout the Americas.

Sepura comes to the Expo fresh from a year of resounding successes - including shipment of their millionth radio - and will be exhibiting a full end-to-end critical communications solution following their 2012 acquisition of 3T Communications, whose comprehensive infrastructure offering has proved a valuable addition to an already strong portfolio.

"As a global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of TETRA digital radio products, systems and applications, we're looking forward to once again showcasing our products for the American markets," says Kenneth Hubner, Vice President for New Market Development.

"North America is one of the fastest growing regions for TETRA and we're happy to have got off to a flying start there by supplying all of the radios for North America's first operational TETRA network, deployed by Canadian electrical utility organisation, BC Hydro.

"We're also making great strides in Latin America, where users are already enjoying the benefits of TETRA, from secure communications and advanced data transmission to a range of time-saving applications, all in one cost-effective package."

Sepura has seen its products embraced by critical communications users worldwide - particularly in the airport, utilities and transport sectors - thanks to the rugged design and superior build, which allow the radios to withstand even the toughest working conditions.

The best-selling STP8000 series offers high power RF and audio, an IP55 rating, fully integrated Bluetooth and end-to-end encryption, as well as options for automatic Man Down reporting and ultra-sensitive GPS. Also available for selected frequency bands is the STP9000, which offers all the benefits of the STP8000, along with a full colour screen, enhanced user interface and an IP67 rating.

" TETRA voice and data communications can make a significant contribution to safety, team working and productivity in extreme conditions," Kenneth continues.

"We're delighted to have another opportunity to present these benefits to the Americas, and we look forward to seeing delegates at stand number 2557!"
