Serco Group plc (Serco), the international service company, in accordance with its notice to shareholders, will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) this morning. The 2015 Full Year Results were announced on 25 February 2016. The 2015 Annual Report and Accounts, together with the Notice of AGM, were published on 24 March 2016. The results of voting on the resolutions to be proposed at today's AGM will be announced to the London Stock Exchange and will appear on our website atwww.serco.com/investors/agmshareholderinfoshortly after the conclusion of the AGM.

The next scheduled update will be a pre-close statement towards the end of June covering the first half of our 2016 financial year.
