SERNEKE publ : recruits new regional manager for Project Development

Ted Mattsson will be the new regional manager for Serneke Project Development East. His assignment will be to further advance Serneke's positions as a successful public works company in the Stockholm/Mälardalen region.

Ted Mattsson has more than 20 years of experience in property development in various senior positions, and joins Serneke from a role as development manager at Oscar Properties. His professional experience also includes the development of major commercial projects, important public properties, arenas and infrastructure for players such as Steen & Ström, SGA Fastigheter, WSP Management and NCC.

Ted Mattsson will take up his position at Serneke on September 20.

The Serneke Project Development business area is responsible for the acquisition and development of project and development properties. The operations mainly comprise acquisitions of developed or undeveloped land that is being refined into residential and commercial properties.
