Chairman of the Board Svein S. Jacobsen has subscribed for 100 000 shares in the private placement at an price of NOK 1,30 per share through his wholly owned company Sveinja Invest AS. He owns before this transaction 239 971 shares through his wholly owned company Sveinja Invest AS, and holds 100 000 warrants in the company.

CEO Eva Steiness has subscribed for 400 000 shares in the private placement at an price of NOK 1,30 per share. She owns before this transaction 1 868 854 shares, and holds 100 000 warrants in the company.

CFO Tore Kvam has subscribed for 100 000 shares in the private placement at an price of NOK 1,30 per share through his wholly owned company Itza AS. He owns before this transaction 57 800 shares through his wholly owned company Itza AS, and holds 150 000 options in the company.
