Billy Murray, a Design Engineer from Servelec's Bellshill office, is celebrating 20 years of service with the company. Billy originally joined the company in 1992 as a Software Technician before re-joining in 1995 as a software engineer and has seen the business grow into one of the leading independent systems integrators in the UK.

Billy originally worked in the Motherwell office, moving to Bellshill in 2013 following expansion and the subsequent floatation of the Servelec Group on the London Stock Exchange.

Albert Fleming, Servelec Controls Divisional Director, commented:

'Billy has been a tremendous asset to Servelec throughout the last two decades and we are delighted to celebrate this milestone. Engineers like Billy have helped the company to be an industry leader and we are looking forward to many more years of service.'

Billy commented:

'I consider myself very fortunate to have worked with some wonderful individuals over the years, many of whom are still here, on lots of interesting and varied projects. Each day can be a challenge but with the people around here I feel it is a challenge worth rising to.'

Servelec has an excellent record of staff longevity, thanks to the staff development and training programmes and the range of projects worked on throughout the business.
