Avanta Serviced Office : AGM director resigns

Applied Graphene Materials director Claudio Marinelli has resigned with effect from 27 January and will leave the business on this date to pursue other business interests. The board thanked him for his contribution to the group and wished him well for the future. A process to identify a commercial director has commenced, although this new appointment is not expected to be a main board position. In the meantime, chief executive Jon Mabbitt will oversee commercial and business development activities.
