ServiceNow® (NYSE:NOW), the enterprise cloud company, today kicks off the NowForum series of events, its annual enterprise transformation roadshow. In its third year, the series is dedicated to showcasing how organizations can run “everything as a service,” and will take place in Paris (Oct. 6), Frankfurt (Oct. 13), London (Oct. 15), Washington, D.C. (Nov. 3), Singapore (Nov.4) and Sydney (Nov. 11). In addition, on Oct. 14 the company will welcome approximately 300 application developers and architects to ServiceNow Developer Day, a 1-day developer conference in London.

A recent survey revealed that eight in 10 companies still use manual tools such as email and spreadsheets to drive routine work, and employees spend nearly two days a week on non-strategic administrative activities. By defining, structuring and automating work through service management, ServiceNow can help customers can streamline time-consuming manual tasks and give organizations needed visibility into their enterprise services.

The Oct. 14 Developer Day is a dedicated educational and networking event for application development and delivery professionals. With a focus on helping developers use the ServiceNow cloud application platform, developer tools and program, as well as core platform technologies, this event enables organizations to develop and deliver enterprise-grade business applications rapidly and cost-effectively to the business. Fred Luddy, ServiceNow founder and chief product officer, will join Pat Casey, senior vice president of devops and general manager of ServiceNow’s platform business unit, to share with developers the company’s history, strategy and vision for the platform. The event will also feature a series of presentations and demonstrations by ServiceNow core platform experts on application models, integration, encryption, application marketplace, developer program, developer tools and more.

The NowForum roadshow is expected to draw more than 3,000 CIOs and IT professionals from the world’s most innovative organizations.
