Sevan Drilling Limited (Seven) is a Bermuda-based international offshore drilling contractor specializing in operations in the ultra-deep-water segment. The Company owns over three ultra-deep-water cylindrical drilling units, such as Sevan Driller, Sevan Brasil and Sevan Louisiana. Seven also has an additional rig constructed and ready for delivery, which includes Sevan Developer. The Company's Sevan Driller and Sevan Brasil drilling units operate in Brazil, and Sevan Louisiana operates in the United States Gulf of Mexico. The Company has its subsidiaries in Brazil, Houston, the United States, Bermuda, Hungary, Singapore and United Kingdom. Its subsidiaries include Sevan Drilling Rig II AS, which is a rig operator; Sevan Drilling Management AS, which is engaged in rig management, and Sevan Drilling AS, which is a holding company.
