SFC Energy AG successfully places capital increase from Authorized Capital 2017
Brunnthal/Munich, June 15, 2018 - SFC Energy AG has successfully placed the new shares from the capital increase resolved on June 15, 2018, with institutional investors by way of a private placement process in the amount of 500,000 shares. The placement price was set at EUR 8.44 per new share. The share capital will, therefore, increase from currently EUR 9,749,612.00 to EUR 10,249,612.00 by issuing 500,000 new ordinary bearer shares. The company will receive gross issue proceeds of EUR 4.22 million from the capital increase.
