SGS has been appointed by the Agence Gabonaise the Normalisation (AGANOR) for the implementation of the "Gabonese Program of Conformity Assessment" (PROGEC), to verify that the products to be imported in Gabon comply with the relevant standards and technical regulations.

The objective of the program is to protect consumer health and safety by ensuring that no substandard products are imported to Gabon.
