RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF SUPERVISOR CHANGE OF SUPERVISOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Company Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Long Jing ("Mr Long") has tendered his resignation as the Supervisor of the Company with effect from 29 June 2016 due to his other business engagement. Mr. Long has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Supervisory Committee and there is no matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") and the shareholders of the Company. The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Long for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of office.

The Board also announces that Mr. Yue Chun Liang（ 岳春良）("Mr. Yue"), aged 35, is elected as the employee representative supervisor of the Company at the employee representatives general meeting of the Company with effect from 29 June 2016. Mr. Yue's term of office commences from 29 June 2016 until the annual general meeting of the Company for the year 2016 to be held in the year 2017. The Company will enter into a service contract with Mr. Yue and the Supervisory Committee will determine Mr. Yue's remuneration with reference to his duties, responsibilities and experience. Mr Yue obtained a Degree in Polymer Materials and Engineering from the University of Yantai in 2005. Mr. Yue joined the Company in 2005 and served in the research and development department and was subsequently transferred to production department of the infusion sets branch company. Mr. Yue is currently the assistant manager of the infusion set branch company.

Saved as disclosed in this announcement, Mr. Yue did not hold any directorship in any other listed companies nor take up any post in any affiliated companies of the Company in the past three years, nor have any relationship with any other director, supervisor, senior management, substantial shareholder or controlling shareholder of the Company.

Furthermore, Mr. Yue does not have any equity interest in the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance of Hong Kong. Save as disclosed herein, there is no other information relating to the appointment of Mr. Yue that shall be disclosed pursuant to Rule 13.51 (2)(h) to (v) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited nor any matters which need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
