SZI Announced Contracted Sales of November 2014

(5 December, 2014 - Hong Kong) Shenzhen Investment Limited ("SZI" or the "Group", SEHK stock code: 604.HK) announced its contracted sales for November 2014. The Group achieved contracted sales of RMB885 million, up 41.8% MoM, down 24.6% YoY, and approximately 62,558 sq.m. in terms of gross floor areas ("GFA"), down 18.6% MoM, down 16.8% YoY. For the first eleven months of 2014, the Group recorded contracted sales of RMB6,269 million, and 574,757 sq.m. in terms of GFA, with average selling price ("ASP") at about RMB10,906 per sq.m..

Key projects of the Group include UpperHills, Guangzhou Jiangyue Bay, Bolong Building, Terra

Building, Wanlin Lake, and etc.
