The board of directors (the "Board") of Shimao Property Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce certain unaudited operating statistics of the Company and its subsidiaries (together the "Group") for the three months ended 31 March 2016 as follows:

In March 2016, the Group's contracted sales amounted to approximately RMB6.19 billion (March 2015: RMB5.61 billion) and the Group's contracted sold area amounted to 493,582 sq.m. (March 2015: 467,068 sq.m.). The average selling price for March 2016 was RMB12,543 per sq.m..


The Group's aggregated contracted sales for the three months ended 31 March 2016 amounted to approximately RMB11.53 billion and the Group's aggregated contracted sold area amounted to 929,100 sq.m., recording year-on-year increases of 7% and 4% respectively. The average selling price for the three months ended 31 March 2016 was RMB12,411 per sq.m..
