SHL announces resignation of an Independent (external) director

Tel Aviv / Zurich, 12 February 2018 - SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN, OTCPK: SMDCY) ("SHL"), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, announced today that Mr. Xuequn Qian, the Independent (external) Director who was appointed for a 3 years term in June 2017, has resigned effective February 9, 2018. The Company shall convene, as soon as practicable, a general meeting the agenda of which shall include, inter alia, the appointment of a new independent (external) director. An announcement with the agenda shall be published in due course.
