SHL's Board appoints a Committee for the Examination of the Financial Statements

Tel Aviv / Zurich, 6 July 2017 - SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN, OTCPK: SMDCY) ("SHL"), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, announced that following the election of external directors of 28 June 2017, SHL's Board of Directors has appointed the committee for the Examination of Financial Statements (as such term is defined under Israeli law), replacing the special interim financial statements committee appointed on 12 May 2017. The elected members are, by alphabetical order, Mr. Yehoshua Abramovich, Prof. Amir Lerman, and Mr. Xuequn Qian, all of which have declared that they have the required capacity of reading and understanding financial statements as required under Israeli law.
