Reduction of share capital - Securities Registration Certificate

SIF Banat-Crișana informs the investors that the Financial Supervisory Authority has issued the Securities Registration Certificate under the number AC-168-3/13.12.2017 regarding the reduction of the company's share capital.

The share capital of the company was reduced from RON 54,884,926.80 to RON 52,000,000, divided into 520,000,000 shares with a nominal value of RON 0.10, following the cancellation of 28,849,268 own shares acquired by the Company, as per Resolution no. 1/October 11, 2016 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of SIF Banat-Crișana's Shareholders.

We inform the investors that the Company registered the operation of share capital reduction at the National Trade Register Office, and the operations of registering the share capital reduction are currently in progress at the capital market institutions.
