SIF Transilvania informs that, in the File no. 24/64/2016, the Brasov Court of Appeal, through Conclusion of January 27, 2016, rejected the request filed by Frăţilă Constantin, Frăţilă Maria- Alexandra and Alexe Gabriela for the suspension of the enforcement of the Civil Sentence no. 6/06.01.2016 delivered by the Brasov Court. The Court's decision may be appealed within five days from its issuance.
We recall that through the Civil Sentence no. 6/06.01.2016 delivered by the Brasov Court, the enforcement (execution) of the request for convening the OGMS filed by the shareholders' group holding together 8.09% of the share capital was suspended until the settlement of File no. 5261/62/2015.
