EXCHANGE RATE FOR CASH DIVIDEND
Hamilton, Bermuda, April 13, 2012 - Signet
Jewelers Ltd ("Signet") ("NYSE and
LSE") announced on March 22, 2012 that a quarterly
cash dividend on its Common Shares of $0.12 per share
("Dividend") be payable on May 29, 2012. For
shareholders that have an address in the United Kingdom as
of the record date (April 27, 2012), the US dollar to pound
sterling rate used to convert the Dividend into pounds
sterling will be derived from Reuters at 4.00 p.m GMT on 8
May 2012.
