FURTHER MEDIA COVERAGE OF RECENT MILESTONE ACHIEVEMENT

21st June, 2013

Silex Systems Limited (ASX: SLX) (OTCQX: SILXY) ("Silex") recently announced completion of the Phase I Test Loop Program at Wilmington, North Carolina, after four years of testing - an important step forward in the commercialisation of the SILEX technology.
Completion of the Test Loop triggers a US$15m payment from GE-Hitachi Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) - the consortium of GE, Hitachi and Cameco funding the commercialisation of the SILEX Technology as the only third generation laser-based technique for producing enriched uranium for nuclear power reactors.
Reaching the Phase I milestone also prompted significant media interest from The Australian, Sky Business News and Boardroom Radio. Other recent stories appeared in the Greater Wilmington Business Journal and the Wilmington Star News, which include comments from GE-Hitachi CEO Caroline Reda on plans for the construction of the world's first commercial laser uranium enrichment plant.
It's an exciting time for the company and its shareholders as Silex and its subsidiaries
approach key milestones over the coming months.
