Silicon Sensor International AG : Extraordinary General Meeting

The Executive Board of First Sensor AG received today a
written demand of the shareholder Alegria
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH c/o DPE Deutsche Private Equity
GmbH according to § 122 Sec. 1 German Stock Corporation Act
(AktG), to convene an extraordinary General Meeting.
The extraordinary General Meeting shall adopt a
resolution to deselect all three Supervisory Board members,
elected from the company shareholders, and to elect three
representatives of Alegria Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH c/o
DPE Deutsche Private Equity GmbH, München, as new Supervisory
Board members.
The Executive Board will now check the demand and then
find a decision to convene the extraordinary General
Meeting
