Taichung, Taiwan, July 3, 2014─Siliconware Precision Industries Co., Ltd. ("SPIL" or "the Company")(Taiwan Stock Exchange: 2325, NASDAQ: SPIL) today announced sales revenue for June 2014: on a consolidated basis, sales revenue was NT$ 7,683 million, representing 3.5% sequential growth over May 2014. On a year-over-year basis, sales revenue for June 2014 increased 28.0%.
On a consolidated basis, the Company's 2Q 2014 sales revenue were NT$ 21,928 million, representing 21.4% sequential growth over 1Q 2014. On a year-over-year basis, sales revenue for 2Q 2014 increased 24.6 %.
