Taichung, Taiwan, April 6, 2018 ─ Siliconware Precision Industries Co., Ltd. ("SPIL" or "the Company")(Taiwan Stock Exchange: 2325, NASDAQ: SPIL) today announced sales revenue for March 2018: on a consolidated basis, sales revenue was NT$ 6,808 million, representing 15.8% sequential increase over February 2018. On a year-over-year basis, sales revenue for March 2017 increased 2.1%.

On a consolidated basis, the Company's 1Q 2018 sales revenue were NT$ 18,913 million, representing 12.5% sequential decline over 4Q 2017. On a year-over-year basis, sales revenue for 1Q 2017 decreased 3.3%.
