Reference is made to the announcement dated 30 May 2016 by Silver Base Group Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries collectively, the "Group"), in relation to, the introduction of its first liquor industry oriented Business- to-Business ("B2B") platform - "Pinhui Cloud Partnership" platform (品匯壹號•雲合 夥), the Group wishes to provide an update on the progress of the latest business development.

Since the first launch of the "Pinhui B2B Cloud Partnership" platform in Baoding, Hebei on 29 May 2016, in a few months of time, the Group has subsequently launched the "Pinhui B2B Cloud Partnership" platform in 23 cities of various provinces and municipalities, such as Hebei, Shandong, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Fujian, Jiangsu, Tianjin and Beijing with over 10,000 business associates newly registered as members of the "Pinhui B2B Cloud Partnership" platform.

Regarding the latest launch of "Pinhui B2B Cloud Partnership" ceremony in Beijing National Convention Center on 6 August 2016, there are more than 3,500 business associates participated at the ceremony and the key senior managements of Sichuan Yibin Wuliangye Group (四川宜賓五糧液集團公司), Luzhou Group Co., Ltd. (瀘州老 窖集團有限責任公司), Guizhou Moutai Co., Ltd. (貴州茅臺酒股份有限公司), Shanxi Xinghua Fen Wine Factory Co., Ltd. (山西杏花村汾酒廠股份有限公司) and Sichuan Jiannanchun (Group) Co., Ltd. (四川劍南春（集團）有限責任公司) have also participated at the ceremony and expressed their interests in deepening cooperation with the Group in areas of product supply chain and big data analysis generated from "Pinhui B2B Cloud Partnership" platform.

Through the establishment of "Pinhui B2B Cloud Partnership" platform, the Group aims to promote its B2B business model to the entire country by connecting the traditional liquor industry with e-commerce platform in order to achieve a transformation of sales model in the liquor industry. The Group believes that the outcome of the ceremony in Beijing has signified a significant milestone for the development of the "Pinhui B2B Cloud Partnership" platform of the Group.

Further announcement(s) in respect of the development of the aforesaid business will be published in accordance with the Rules Governing the Listing of securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("Listing Rules") as and when appropriate or required.
