Simple SA is a Poland-based company that produces software supporting company management. The Company's offer includes implementing, integration, installation, training and consulting services, under-guarantee and post-guarantee services, the sale of computer equipment and Internet services. Simple SA's offer is mainly addressed to small and medium-sized firms, as well as to companies from such sectors as health, education, building and mining, among others. The Company's range of offering includes such software solutions, as SIMPLE.ERP, designed for finance management and accounting, SIMPLE.APS, designed for production optimization, SIMPLE.CRM, designed for customer relationship management, and SIMPLE.BI, used for business analysis, among others. On December 18, 2013, the Company established a new subsidiary, Simple Invest Sp z o o. On March 24, 2014, the Company acquired 52.4% stake in Medinet Systemy Informatyczne Sp z o o, provider of medical software publishing services.
