Singapore, 24 July 2017 - Health & You Exhibition is back for the 13th year. The annual health and wellness exhibition is jointly organised by The Straits Times - Mind & Body and Lianhe Zaobao - LOHAS. The two-day exhibition will be held at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre Halls 401 - 403, on 29 and 30 July 2017, from 10am to 9pm. Admission is free.

Visitors can expect great deals on a variety of health and wellness products from household brand names like Centrum, Caltrate, Kordel's, Recogen, Borsch Med and Eu Yan Sang. In addition, there are also free Body Oxygen Level checks and Nerve Health screenings at the Owell Booth (A5) and Merck Booth (C9) respectively.

1) Seminars (Seminar Room 300)

Renowned doctors and specialists from Mount Elizabeth, Mount Elizabeth Novena and Gleneagles Hospitals will provide insights, information and tips on topics ranging from Cataract and Glaucoma to heart health. A registration fee of $5 per session will be charged. To register, log on to www.healthandyou.sg/seminars before 27 July, midnight. The fee includes a goodie bag worth $40.

2) Kids Zone

There will be exciting and healthy treats like bouncy castle and sand art for the kids to enjoy.

3) Juggernaut Fight Club Fighting Corner

There will be Kids kickboxing, Boxing and MMA demonstrations for members of the public to observe and get involved.

Topic: Preventing, Delaying and Coping with Dementia

Panel discussion with Prof Kua Ee Heok, Specialist in Psychiatry and Neuroscience (National University of Singapore), Dr Marcus Tan, Specialist in Geriatric Psychiatry (Institute of Mental Health), and Ms Anna Lee, Principal Occupational Therapist (St. Andrew's Community Hospital). Talk will be moderated by Ms Salma Khalik, Senior Health Correspondent, The Straits Times.

Take part in the Sandwich making competition and create a unique and original version of a healthy sandwich using Sunshine's Hokkaido Milk Toast (Kids' category) and the Canadian Sprout Extra Fine (Open category) within 30 minutesand stand a chance to win attractive prizes. Shoppers who spend a minimum of $50 a day can redeem a goodie bag worth over $60. In addition, shoppers can also get a lucky draw coupon with minimum $30 spent in a day. Limited to five coupons per person. A total of $80,000 worth of prizes and goodies await.
