CHANGES TO SPH AUDIT COMMITTEE
The Directors of Singapore Press Holdings Limited ("SPH") wish to announce that upon the appointment of Mr Tan Chin Hwee to the SPH Board on 1 March 2014, Mr Tan will also be appointed a member of the Audit Committee and the Board Risk Committee
Mr Lucien Wong Yuen Kuai will step down from the Board Risk Committee on the same date.
The SPH Audit Committee will comprise the following non-executive and independent directors with effect from 1 March 2014:
