- Feel Fab Fest (F3 for short) will be the three buzzwords for fitness enthusiasts this year. The inaugural Sports, Fitness & Lifestyle Festival by Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) will take place on 21 and 22 July at Suntec Convention Centre's Halls 405 & 406. Look out for a lineup of activities for both the young and young-at-heart who endeavour to make small but impactful changes to achieve a healthylifestyle.

F3 will consist of over 45 booths offering a host of popular health, lifestyle and food products and services. Exhibitors include HIC Juice, whichwill be launching itslatest Cold Pressed juice range at the Festival, YOLO Food, Optimum Nutrition and Core Collective, a co-working space for fitness and wellness professionals.

SPH Radio DJs from ONE FM 91.3 Glenn Ong, The Flying Dutchman, Divian Nair, Cheryl Miles and producers Shaun Tupaz, Andre Hoeden and his kids as well as UFM100.3 DJs Andrew, Wen Hong, Xiao Zhu, Wei Long and Cheng Yao will be there to keep your adrenaline pumping!

The highlights include F45, Australia's fastest growing functional training network which will give participants a full-body workout. Superfit Singapore will provide participants with a nail biting experience through its revolutionary intensive weighted vest workout as part of the RED-X Games, an annual fitness challenge now into its third year.

SPH is partnering with Sport Singapore for the first time at F3 which will also see several high intensity fitness workouts including the very popular MEGADANZ®, OXIGENO® and FIGHT DO® conducted by Radical Fitness, an ActiveSG Programming partner. Famous football player Lim Tong Hai and the ActiveSG Football Academy will be on board for the Fab 4 Football Challenge, in support of the Singapore Football Festival.

ONE FM 91.3 is an English music station playing REAL MUSIC targeting males and females above 40. The station plays adult pop from the 80s to present. The station features lifestyle news and the latest on sports. The ONE FM 91.3 line-up includes Glenn Ong and The Flying Dutchman from 6am to 10am.
