Singapore, 29 September 2014 - Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) today announced that its aerospace arm Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd (ST Aerospace), through its wholly owned subsidiary ST Aerospace Engineering Pte Ltd (STA Engineering) has injected additional A$274,269 (approximately $320,291) into the capital of its wholly owned subsidiary, Pacific Flight Services Pty Ltd. This brings STA Engineering's total share capital contribution to Pacific Flight Services Pty Ltd to A$750,713 (approximately $876,683). 

The capital injection was effected through a conversion of loans previously extended by  STA Engineering. The loan was part of the funding to support the expansion of flight and training business in Australia. 

The capital injection is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
