Singapore, 28 July 2015 - Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) today announced the following changes to the share capital contribution and share capital of its indirect subsidiaries:

i) Antycip Simulation Limited (ASL) has injected an additional EUR490,049 (approximately S$739,925) into the share capital of its wholly owned subsidiary, Antycip Simulation SAS (Antycip SAS), bringing ASL's total share capital contribution in Antycip SAS to EUR527,049 (approximately S$795,791).

The capital injection was effected through a conversion of an existing loan extended by ASL to Antycip SAS.

ii) With the additional share capital contribution, Antycip SAS effected a capital reduction of EUR447,947 (approximately S$676,355) from EUR527,049 (approximately S$795,791) to EUR79,102 (approximately S$119,436). EUR447,947 (approximately S$676,355) is used to reduce Antycip SAS' accumulated losses.

ASL is 93% owned by ST Electronics (Training & Simulation Systems) Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited, the electronics arm of ST Engineering.

The share capital contribution and share capital changes are not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
