Singapore Telecom : Singapore Telecommunications Unit Amobee Buys US Mobile Advertising Start Up Firm AdJitsu

Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. (Z74.SG, SGAPY) unit Amobee has acquired a Silicon Valley-based mobile advertising start-up for an undisclosed amount, according to a statement from the subsidiary of Southeast Asia's biggest mobile phone operator by customers.
Amobee, a U.S.-based mobile advertising solutions provider that was acquired by SingTel earlier this year for US$321 million, has acquired AdJitsu, which specializes in three-dimensional advertisements on mobile devices.
AdJitsu was a unit of Cooliris, based in Palo Alto, Calif.
