SinnerSchrader : Frank Riemensperger and Daniel Schwartmann Appointed as Members of Supervisory Board of SinnerSchrader AG

The District Court of Hamburg has granted a motion by the Management Board of SinnerSchrader AG to appoint Frank Riemensperger and Daniel Schwartmann from Accenture as members of the Supervisory Board of the company.
They will replace Dieter Heyde and Cyrus Khazaeli who resigned as members of the Supervisory Board as of 15 June 2017. They resigned in agreement with the Management Board of SinnerSchrader AG and its majority shareholder, Accenture Digital Holdings GmbH, which currently holds 65.94% of the shares in the company.
With its motion to appoint Frank Riemensperger and Daniel Schwartmann as new members of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board of SinnerSchrader AG is complying with the wish of Accenture Digital Holdings GmbH which announced that it would seek a change to the Supervisory Board in its voluntary public takeover offer on 27 March 2017. With the acquisition of SinnerSchrader Accenture is strengthening and expanding the customer experience services of its digital agency Accenture Interactive for clients in Germany.
Frank Riemensperger is Senior Country Managing Director, Accenture Germany. Daniel Schwartmann is Managing Director Corporate Development at Accenture where he leads Corporate Development in Europe, Africa and Latin America.

The Supervisory Board will continue to consist of three members. Philip W. Seitz, who has accompanied SinnerSchrader AG since 2009, will continue to serve as a member of the Supervisory Board alongside Frank Riemensperger and Daniel Schwartmann.

The appointment of the two new Supervisory Board members is limited until the end of the next Annual General Meeting where both will be nominated for election. The Supervisory Board will elect a new Chairman at its next inaugural meeting which is planned to take place on July 10, 2017.
