ANNOUNCEMENT

COMPLETION OF VERY SUBSTANTIAL DISPOSAL AND

CONNECTED TRANSACTION

References are made to the announcements of Sinofert Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 17 October 2017, 24 October 2017 and 20 December 2017 and the circular dated on 1 December 2017 in relation to the disposal by Sinochem Fertilizer Company Limited ("Sinochem Fertilizer", a subsidiary of the Company) of 571,578,484 shares in Qinghai Salt Lake Industry Co., Ltd.

("Qinghai Salt Lake") (the "Disposal").

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company hereby announces that all the conditions precedent of the Disposal have been fulfilled and all necessary procedures on the registration of share transfer were completed on 18 May 2018. Following the completion of the Disposal, Sinochem Fertilizer has ceased to hold any shares of Qinghai Salt Lake.
