The board of directors (the "Board") of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited (the "Company") announces that a meeting of the Board of the Company will be held on Thursday, 27 April 2017 at 9:30 a.m. for the purposes of considering and approving the 2017 first quarterly results of the Company for the three months ended 31 March 2017 prepared in accordance with the China Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises for publication and transacting any other business.
