Unterföhring, 17. November 2014 - Sky Deutschland AG has been informed by Chase Carey and Jan Koeppen that they no longer intend to stand for re-election to Sky Deutschland's Supervisory Board. Their terms will therefore expire at the end of the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 19 November 2014.

British Sky Broadcasting Group (BSkyB) has also informed us that they intend to propose and vote via its subsidiary Sky German Holdings GmbH in favor of Jeremy Darroch, Chief Executive Officer of BSkyB, as well as Andrew Griffith, Chief Financial Officer of BSkyB, as new members of Sky Deutschland's Supervisory Board at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
