Sky Deutschland secures the rights to DreamWorks Animation films
- Sky Deutschland concludes long-term agreement with its distribution partner Twentieth Century Fox for exclusive first run pay-TV and SVOD rights for Dreamworks Animation SKG films, including distribution via innovative services Sky Go and Sky Anytime
- Deal commences with DreamWorks Animation 2013 theatrical releases including "The Croods"

Unterföhring, 29 October 2013 - Through a comprehensive and long-term contract with its distribution partner Twentieth Century Fox, Sky Deutschland has once again secured an extensive film package with high quality movie highlights.

The agreement comprises the exclusive first run pay-TV and SVOD rights to upcoming DreamWorks Animation films. Through this agreement, Sky Deutschland will present a number of top blockbusters over its linear movie channels as well as the services Sky Anytime and Sky Go, which allow Sky customers to watch new hot movies on demand, whenever and wherever they want - uncut and without commercial interruption.

The rights package includes "The Croods" which was watched by over 2.2 million cinemagoers in Germany. The dubbed German version features the voices of Uwe Ochsenknecht, Kostja Ullmann and Janin Reinhardt.
