The Company hereby gives notice of a sale by Alan Foy, a Director and shareholder of the Company, of 1,800,000 shares in response to an approach by an institutional investor. Following completion of the transfer, Mr Foy will retain an interest in 4,455,608 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.95% per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
