The head of administration, HR industrial relations and welfare, Lorenzo Federici, will illustrate the characteristics of the 'Next Working Day' project, which enables over 600 people from Snam to work from home one day a week, improving work-life balance, reducing travel and supporting collaboration between colleagues through a mobile and digital office model.

Thanks to the collaboration between the Snam Foundation and CGM (Consorzio Nazionale della Cooperazione Sociale Gino Mattarelli - Gino Mattarelli National Social Cooperation Consortium), Snam will mentor during the Flexible Work week the Milanese cooperative Spazio Aperto Servizi, which operates in the management of social, health and welfare services, to share experiences on the subject of Agile Work.
