The third edition of Snam Rete Gas' Shippers Day took place today in San Donato Milanese. The Shippers Day is dedicated to Snam Rete Gas' clients of the transportation service and operators trading at the so-called Punto di Scambio Virtuale (Virtual Trading Point).

More than 200 participants representing over 100 companies attended the event, round 20% more than last year. During the event, which was opened by Snam Rete Gas CEO Paolo Mosa, in the presence of ENTSOG General Manager Vittorio Musazzi, the company executives presented the important challenges the gas market will face as a result of the increasing harmonization of rules within the European market with particular reference to access and commercial balancing rules.

The meeting was also an opportunity to present the results of the last Customer Satisfaction survey carried out by the Company in October, with a participation rate of over 95%, and the evaluation of the improvement plan that the Company has put in place during the year, with the aim of constantly improving the quality of services provided.

In the next months it is also expected to adopt practical and effective technology solutions that, in addition to complying with the European regulations, will simplify and improve the day-by-day operations of Snam Rete Gas and its users.

This initiative is part of the stakeholder engagement activities regularly carried out by Snam Rete Gas: both the annual Shippers' day and the frequent workshops aimed at illustrating the characteristics of computer applications reflect the Company's commitment to share the Group's values and strategies with its users, increasingly promoting dialogue with stakeholders.
