TAGS customer satisfaction, improvement plan

The Customer Satisfaction Survey 2014 is on-line, launched on 22 October by Snam Rete Gas in implementing its sustainability policy and in line with what done in the past two years, with the aim to listen and involve Users of Transportation service and Trader in the evaluation of offered services and their possible evolutions.

This time the collection of responses is provided by a survey software online that allows quick access and easy filling in the questionnaire prepared by Snam Rete Gas. It's possible to access the platform until 20 November 2014 to send the feedback on the work of Snam Rete Gas and on the evolution of the services offered by the Company.

The survey results will be advanced by the end of 2014 and discussed during the third edition of the Shippers' Day 2015, Snam Rete Gas will organize with all users of the network over the next year. Once again the results of customer satisfaction will be a good starting point in setting goals that the company intends to pursue with a view of continually improving the quality of services offered.
